We're sorry that you are having issues with one of our products. If you have not spoken with one of our technicians, please call 888-255-5508 and ask for our support department. Many times, they are able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, saving you valuable time. In the event that the issue cannot be remedied over the phone, you may use the convenient online form below to obtain an return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Call 888-255-5508 or fill out the form below to obtain an RMA number.
- No returns/repairs will be accepted at our receiving docks without prior authorization.
- Clearly mark the the shipping label with RMA # that will be provided to you shortly after you complete this form.
- Products returned for credit must be in as-new condition with all original packaging and accessories included. (including all documentation, drivers, and software supplied with the product)

In order to improve the turn around time of your repair, please provide (inside the return shipment packaging) any documentation that you may have regarding the issue(s) that the system is exhibiting. Also, please provide contact information including telephone, e-mail and shipping address for the individual/department that you would like to receive the repaired unit.
