The uIBX-200 is an ultra-compact embedded computer system that is designed to mount to the rear panel of almost any standard LCD or plasma monitor. The system uses the industry standard VESA 75 mounting system found on most LCD monitors. Bottom line: The application possibilities are wide ranging. Service center input stations, digital signage, kiosks, medical offices or exam rooms, PLC interface, etc... As you can imagine, the uIBX-200 is perfect for (but not limited to) harsh environmental conditions.
Many displays are provisioned for both VESA 75 & VESA 100 variants. For displays with VESA 100 mounting holes only, we offer a VESA 75 to VESA 100 adapter plate as an option. Solid Performer Though the uIBX-200 has a small footprint,it provides ample performance for HMI or multimedia applications. The efficient 1GHz CPU remains cool without the use of fans by using the aluminum chassis for heat dissipation. The solid state storage device (with Microsoft® Windows™ XP Embedded installed) allows the uBX-200 to meet the rigorous MIL-STD-810F 514.5C-2 standard for operating vibration. On-board I/O 4 x USB 2.0, 2 x RS-232 serial ports, VGA, Gigabit LAN, 802.11b/g WiFi LAN (optional), 1 x PCI Express mini card slot, audio (1 x microphone & 1 x speaker out).
