The PISO-DA2 is a PCI bus analog output board with two output channels and isolated 12-bit resolution for IBM personal computer and compatibility. The output range can be configured as voltage output by one of the different ranges: ±10 V, ±5 V, 0 ~ 10 V, 0 ~ 5 V or current output using loop sink by the range: 0 ~ 20 mA or 4 ~ 20 mA. Besides, output channel is isolated each other and its isolation range is increased the voltage more than 3000 VDC. The output terminals of the PISO-DA2 are two sets of 9-pin D-type female connectors. PISO-DA2 can be installed in a 5 V PCI slot and truly supports “Plug & Play” function of PCI-bus. The maximum conversion rate of the analog output is 10 kSamples/Sec. It can be thought as the most cost-effective isolated D/A board for the PCI bus interface.
- Two independent 12-bit analog output channels
- 3750 VDC isolation protection
- 3000 VDC isolation DC/DC converter build-in
- Software calibration
- Unipolar or bipolar output available from each converter
- Two pacer timer interrupt source
- The voltage or current output can be set to arbitrary values or reset to zero when the power is on.
- Double buffered D/A batches.
- The calibration data is fully stored in EEPROM
