Rack mount, wall mount, & embedded

With our complete line of rugged computers, we have the system to fit your needs.  From IEC standard 19" rack mount chassis to smaller form factors such as wall mount/compact and small footprint embedded systems, we have it.  Each system is designed to withstand the rigors of a factory floor environment but they are just as at home in a laboratory or test stand setting.  When reliability is your foremost concern, make the right choice - rugged PCs from Industrial PC Inc. 

Industry standard, long product life cycle, modular design

We use industry standard components so you won't be left out in the cold looking for scarce proprietary parts down the road.  Our typical mainboard has a 5-7 year manufacturing life cycle, making it easy to duplicate current configurations for long periods of time.  Repair/upgrade downtime is also reduced with the modular design of many our units.  A single board computer upgrade can take as little as 5 minutes thanks to single board computer technology!

Panel PCs, monitors & workstations

Our complete line of industrial LCD products makes it easy to build the system to fit your exacting requirements.  We carry 8 classes of LCD monitors, numerous panel PC models for operator interface applications and for situations where a number of expansion cards are needed, we have a full line of LCD workstations.

Sealed design, flexible mounting options, expansion capability

All of our LCD products are sealed to provide a level of ingress protection against liquids and solid particulates (IP rating varies between models).  Since each application is unique, we offer many mounting and size options (panel mount, rack mount, arm mount, VESA mount, wall mount etc...).  If you need to add PCI, PCI Express, and/or ISA expansion cards, you'll want to check out our workstation series.  Some models have up to 7 available expansion slots!  Of course, a touch screen interface option is available on all units and is standard on many.

Small footprint, efficient power usage, high performance

Our embedded systems are a perfect fit for applications where space is limited.  But don't let the size of these systems fool you...  Performance is not compromised at all thanks to CPU options like the Intel® ATOM™ & Core™2 series processors.  Power usage is a major concern for many  embedded applications.  Our embedded units are high performance, highly efficient systems designed to be reliable in adverse environmental conditions.

Performance options, low heat dissipation, I/O and card based expansion

Since not all situations require cutting edge CPU speeds, we offer a wide range of options from the low end of 300MHz CPU's to units that will rival high end desktop systems.  All of this power coupled with efficient CPU's  equals very low heat dissipation.  For applications that require expansion, we have a number of embedded units with PCI and/or PCI Express expansion capability.

High or low volume, we will take care of you

Industrial PC has always taken a one customer at a time approach.  Whether your needs are low volume or high volume we will work closely with you to provide the best solution for your application.  From mechanical changes to custom firmware options, we'll work with your designers to help you achieve your vision.

Embedded boards, panel PCs, custom I/O designs

Embedded boards are our main source of OEM product business, but we have much more to offer.  Our LCD panel PC and industrial monitor lines can be private labeled for use in OEM machines, kiosks, etc...  We also have a close relationship with a custom I/O manufacturer that designs and builds ISA, PCI, PCI Express, USB and serial, and remote I/O products right here in the USA.
